Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order custom sizes?

Yes, you can order any size you need. Simply select the Custom Size option from the menu after uploading your image and enter your preferred dimensions in millimetres (mm), centimetres (cm) or inches. Please make sure you select the correct unit of measurement before placing your order.

Will this image be bad quality?

Our checking system should alert you to lower quality files but, if we feel that it will not turn out well, we will contact you. However, as the website can’t actually “see” your picture, it will not pick up out of focus/blurred files. If in doubt, please email the image to us in advance.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch print, poster, contemporary frame, canvas and wallpaper orders within 2 to 4 working days.

Do you offer express delivery?

If you select Express Delivery at checkout, most orders placed before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 11:00am will usually be dispatched the following working day and delivered the day after. Please note that traditional frames are made to order and require an additional 7 to 10 days for production.
