When you upload a photo or type a message, we use it to make your order. Your files are stored on our servers in the UK and are seen by our print team.
Some features use artificial intelligence. Standard photo prints are never sent to an AI provider. Where you choose an AI portrait, banner, poster or sticker, the photo you gave is sent to our AI provider (Google) to produce the result.
Payment (Stripe), delivery (Royal Mail and others), email and text messages, hosting (in the UK and the EU), reviews, advertising and measurement (Google, Meta, Snapchat), the AI services mentioned above, and others. Each acts on our instructions only.
Order records and the files needed to remake your order are kept for as long as we may need to remake it or account for it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, free of charge, or ask us to correct or remove it, through our Contact Us page. "Delete My Data" in your account replaces your email address and phone number throughout our records.
